Our
Story

At Studio Copestake, property renovation and interior styling are more than just what we do – they're our passion.

With over 25 years of experience renovating and transforming properties, we have developed a keen eye for design, detail, and the elements that truly make a space stand out. Throughout the years, we've worked on a wide range of projects, gaining invaluable insight into how thoughtful styling and carefully considered interiors can significantly enhance both property value and rental performance.

Our mission is simple: to help homeowners, landlords, and holiday let owners unlock the full potential of their properties. Whether you're preparing a home for sale, looking to increase rental yields, or creating a memorable guest experience, we bring a fresh perspective and a curated approach to every project.

We believe great design doesn't have to be extravagant. One of our key strengths is working creatively within a client's budget. We understand that every project has different financial considerations, and we take pride in achieving maximum impact without unnecessary expenditure. Whether you're looking for a simple refresh or a complete transformation, we'll help you prioritise where your investment will deliver the greatest return.

By combining timeless style, practical solutions, and an understanding of what buyers, guests, and tenants are looking for, we create beautiful, welcoming spaces that not only look exceptional but also work hard for your investment.

Studio Copestake was founded to share this passion, helping clients transform ordinary properties into exceptional homes and highly desirable rental investments.
